Rose Hill Stay-at-Home Services provides non-medical home management services to seniors still healthy enough to live at home but who need extra help with daily activities. We are licensed by the State of Minnesota to provide home management services and are fully insured. Our goal is to keep you safe, healthy, and in your own home while having fun and building friendships along the way.

We are based in Lauderdale, MN, and named after Rose Hill Township, the historic name of the area before Lauderdale incorporated as a city in 1949.

Our Team

Owner Matthew Koncar is an Air Force veteran and retired St Paul Police Sergeant and former Elder Abuse Investigator. He founded Rose Hill Stay-at-Home Services after his Elder Abuse experience showed him the need for a service that gives seniors a helping hand to stay in their homes while avoiding financial scams and other abuse.

When not working he enjoys biking, jogging, walking, woodworking & metalworking. He also loves to cook and bake artisan breads. He lives in Lauderdale with his wife, three kids, two dogs, and a flock of backyard chickens.
