Rose Hill provides non-medical home management services to seniors who are healthy enough to live at home but need extra help with daily activities. Our goal is to keep you safe, healthy, and in your own home, while having fun and building friendships along the way.
Meet the owner
Matt Koncar
Matt is a U.S. Air Force veteran, a retired St. Paul Police Sergeant, and a former Elder Abuse Investigator. He started Rose Hill after his years investigating elder abuse showed him how many seniors need a helping hand to stay in their homes and avoid financial scams and abuse.
When he isn’t working, Matt enjoys biking, jogging, walking, woodworking, and metalworking. He also loves to cook and bake artisan breads. He lives in Lauderdale with his wife, three kids, two dogs, and a flock of backyard chickens.

Why “Rose Hill”?
We’re named after Rose Hill Township, the historic name of the Lauderdale area before it incorporated as a city in 1949.
Registered and insured
Rose Hill is registered with the Minnesota Department of Health as a home management provider and is fully insured.
Pricing
$75per hour
for all services, including technology assistance and fiduciary work.
- No contracts or weekly minimumsIf you call on short notice and we’re available, we’ll help you out.
- $75 minimum per visitPlan about an hour’s worth of tasks to get the most from each visit.
- Simple paymentCash, check, or card in person. Regular clients can choose monthly invoicing, paid by mailed check or online.
- Private payWe don’t bill insurance or Medicare.
- Free consultationWe’ll meet, talk through what would help, and see if we’re a good fit.
- Checked, insured, and trainedAll staff pass background checks, are covered by liability insurance, and are trained in first aid and CPR.
