Privacy Policy

Rose Hill Stay-at-Home Services (“Rose Hill,” “we”) respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect through rosehillathome.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. The short version: we only collect what you choose to send us, we use it to help you, and we never sell it.

What we collect

Information you send us. When you fill out a form on this website, we receive what you type in:

  • Contact form: your name, phone number, email address, who the help is for, what help you are looking for, and the best way and time to reach you.
  • Presentation request form: your group or organization’s name, preferred dates, expected group size, topics of interest, your name, phone number, email address, and any notes.

We also receive whatever you share when you call or email us directly. Please don’t include Social Security numbers, bank or card numbers, or detailed medical information in a website form. We’re happy to talk about those things in person.

Basic technical information. Like nearly every website, our hosting service (Google’s Firebase Hosting) may automatically record basic technical details when a page is requested, such as your IP address, browser type, and the page you visited. This is used to deliver the website and keep it secure. We do not use it to identify or follow you.

What we don’t do

  • We don’t use cookies.
  • We don’t use analytics, advertising, or tracking tools, and we don’t follow you across other websites.
  • We don’t sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone.

Because we don’t track visitors, there is nothing for your browser’s “Do Not Track” setting to turn off. Our website works the same either way.

How we use your information

  • To answer your questions and get back to you.
  • To set up a free consultation or schedule a presentation.
  • To provide and keep records of the services you ask us for.

Who else sees it

Messages sent through our website forms are delivered to us through Google’s services (Google Sheets and Gmail), which store them on our behalf. Our website is hosted by Google’s Firebase Hosting. These companies handle the information only to provide their services to us.

Otherwise, we only share your information if you ask us to (for example, to connect you with another service provider or to send updates to a family member), or if the law requires it.

If you become a client, information about you and the services we provide is kept private as described in the Minnesota Home Care Bill of Rights, which every client receives in writing.

How long we keep it

We keep form messages for as long as we need them to respond to you and for our ordinary business records. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information you’ve sent us. Just email matt@rosehillathome.com or call 651-764-8456.

Keeping it safe

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no website, email, or internet connection is completely secure. If you’d rather not send something online, please call us instead.

Children

This website is meant for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Other websites

Our Resources page and footer link to other websites, such as government agencies, community programs, LinkedIn, and Facebook. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we aren’t responsible for how they handle information.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
